When operations of the business passed to Joseph, one of the most important aspects of carrying on was to honor the legacy and loyalty of the customers who were there for so many years. The idea of a loyalty program would allow for a way to manage pricing along with the inevitable increase of costs in materials and technology over time. All legacy customers start at the maximum benefits level with a path for newer ones to earn into it as well. This ensures that those who were there in the beginning and joined in along the journey would continue to enjoy a VIP status.

Loyalty Tiers

Legacy customers will always enjoy the top tier of benefits and access to special offers and customer service. While we raise the standard of customer service across the board, there are special considerations and support available to our legacy loyalty members. Additional tiers offer discounts, rewards, and offerings. Each tier is point based and while they may have an equivalent monetary calculation at various times, they are not directly calculated or exchangeable. There may be offerings at different times that allow for claiming free or discounted points.
