This livery collar, made up of suns and roses with the white lion of March as pendant, was worn by the kings of the house of York and their followers.
Our collar is based on the collar worn by Sir John Donne in the painting below. The painting is a triptych alterpiece painted by Hans Memling in the 1470s.
The collar is cast in bronze and gilded in 24k gold. Length of the collar is approximately 40 inches (101 centimeters).
